- The Marble Faun: or, The Romance of Monte Beni by Hawthorne - Dated 1860 by Ticknor & Fields - complete two volume set bound in brown cloth with gilt lettering and decorated boards wrapped in glassine covers; hinges are cracked; covers partially detached, some loss to spine cover on vol. 1
- Passages from the English Note-Books of Nathaniel Hawthorne by Hawthorne - Dated 1870 by Fields, Osgood, & Co. - complete 2 volume set, bound in green cloth with gilt lettering and decorated boards
- From the Easy Chair by Curtis - Dated 1892 by Harper and Brothers - bound in gilt decorated dark green cloth
