Condition/Details: Bound in black leather with bright gilt embossing, this volume is a limited edition reprinting of the novel originally published in 1940 in England by the Hungarian born novelist. This title, the most famous of Koestler's works, was inspired by his growing disillusionment over Communism and the Soviet system in particular. The volume is bookstore new, solidly bound with clean pages, and will show well in any collection. The book measures approximately 9" x 6" and contains 238 pages.
