Condition/Details: Bound in brown cloth with bright gilt embossing, this volume is a scarce collection of aphorisms by the author of "The Collector", originally published the year after the novel. The philosophical observations served the author to expand on themes he had presented in the earlier work. This revision allowed the author to further refine his presentation. Book is signed and dated, 10.V. 99, by author on title page. The volume is in fine condition, and is solidly bound with clean, bright pages. It should be noted that a signed first edition of "The Collector" is also being offered in this auction. Please see lot 406. The book measures approximately 5.5" x 8.25" and contains 218 pages.
