Pierre Jules Mene (1810-1877), Bronze "Fauconnier Arabe 'a Cheval" Translation: "Arab Falconeer on Horseback". It bears PJ Mene's signature cast into the base. It bears no date. It is an Arab man on horseback raising his falcon high above head with his right hand, with hunting rifle strapped to his back. The level of detail is impressive and most evident in the woven knotted and tasseled saddle blanket, saddle, clothing and rifle. The finish is a brown black patina, measures 21" wide X 10" deep X 28" high Weight approx 90 pounds
