Tokyo: Yugensha, 1972. First edition limited to 1000 unnumbered copies. 119 pages with 90 black and white plates including two facing gatefolds to reproduce selected contact sheets. Black buckram over boards stamped in white on cover and spine with 32-page booklet laid in; text translation in Japanese printed with white text on matte black paper and staple-bound. All contained in a black cloth slipcase stamped in white on the side with a black and white plate (Platte River, Tennessee) flush-mounted to the front. 13 3/4 x 10 1/4 in. (34.9 x 26 cm.)
