Qajar tile 19th century. Imitation of Seljuks done in Shiraz or Isfahan schools. A Quite beautiful glazed tile in dark blue with rider on horseback, hare beneath. D: 6.5", choice! Also from Central Asia, Ghaznavid a square glazed tile in shade of pale green and yellow. Size is 5" square, .75" thick. Ventura County Collection.
