SPIRIT MASK of the northwest coast, "Nootka Man". Hand carved by Patrick Amos (Nootka Island, B.C. born 1957, "Nuu-chah-nuith" artist). Red cedar with stripped cedar bark hair, painted in vivid red with black accent striping. 11 in. tall, 7 1/2 in. wide, signed in pencil inside Pat Amos with title, dated '83.
