SEMI-ANTIQUE PERSIAN KARAJA CARPET, Karaja mountain villages region, northwest Iran, hand knotted in an overall geometric and stylized floral design on expansive red field with dark blue border, 11'1" x 15'11".
Condition report756: 4" x 2" stain about 3-1/2' in field from border (does not look like an old stain nor is it an animal stain); even wear throughout consistent with age; very few white knot wear showing; very good overall condition.
