Five lidded tins: one marked "Tea" above oval portrait of woman, 10-1/2 in.; one with two lids, last patent date 1880, 12 in.; two with painted Asian figures, oval panels on fronts, 9-3/4 in., [probably repainted;] one with stenciled decoration with woman in pink dress, late 19th century, 16-1/2 in., [retains most of original gilt stenciling, scattered light rust, abrasions and paint loss, normal wear.] All with scattered chips, dents, normal wear. Provenance: Private Collection, Flat Rock, North Carolina
