New England Chippendale tall chest, figured maple in old dry surface with original brasses, seven graduated dovetailed drawers with pine and bass secondary, original bracket feet, 18th century, 62-3/4 x 41-1/2 x 21 in. Excellent condition overall, original brasses and feet, early red-stained surface with probably Victorian era varnish, varnish with alligatoring, some color variation, minor surface abrasions and losses, formerly fitted with casters.
