Portuguese/Brazilian silver tray, octagonal with openwork grape and vine border, four paw and acanthus feet, engraved floor, marks for Oporto, 1853-1862, other partial mark, inscribed "F.H.G./and/A.K.G./Rio de Janeiro/May 25-1919", probably .958 fine, 52.03 oz. T., 2-1/4 x 15-3/4 x 15-3/4 in. Good condition, light scratches, two feet repaired. Provenance: The Collection of a Charleston, South Carolina Gentleman
