Charleston gold pocket watch, double case, face marked "S. Thomas Jr. & Bros./Charleston", 14 kt. gold case marked "63617", works with clear cover, 3 x 2 in. Good condition, slight wear to face. The 1880 U.S. Census lists a S. Thomas Jr., a merchant on Cannon Street in Charleston.
