Winchester, Virginia corner cupboard, walnut with poplar secondary, one-case construction with cove-molded cornice and fine stop-fluted frieze, two eight-pane doors opening to fixed interior shelves, two lower panel doors opening to single shelf, inlaid kite escutcheon, original bracket feet, undisturbed backboards with cut nails, probably retains most of its original glass, attributed to Winchester area, Virginia, late 18th/early 19th century, 89-3/4 x 52 x 23 in. Old refinishing with mellow brown color, hinges and door pulls replaced, minor breaks and repairs to moldings.
