Two Japanese blue and white bowls: one with everted rim, celadon and blue interior, central chrysanthemum, rocks, waves, prunus, exterior with scrolling lotus, base with Seto ware mark, 3 x 11-1/2 in., with wooden stand; one with scalloped rim, central mythical beast, fence and bamboo borders, base with apocryphal Ming mark, 4 x 9-3/8 in., with wooden stand, [firing crack on foot.] Both with minor wear and scratches.
