Japanese Imari charger, central scrolling vine and peonies, cartouches of prunus tree at fence, verso with scrolling lotus, base with etched mark and blue Arita mark, late 19th/early 20th century, 2-3/4 x 21-3/4 in., with wooden stand. Slight wear and loss to glaze and gilt, scratches, 4 in. area of fritting verso, spots of red pigment on base and rim.
