Original paper wrappers, author, title and decorative vignette on the upper cover, author, title and date on the backstrip, glassine. Condition: pp. 91-94 loosely inserted, light toning to margins. Limited edition of 378 copies, this copy number VII, one of five on "Japon Impérial" numbered from VI to X, "hors série et non mis dans la commerce." [With:] V. Etched portrait of the author by Ed. Chimot, 1 folding of the author's manuscript of the first to pages of text, 8 tinted lithographic plates by Choukaeff, occasional decorative initials printed in red. Original light brown wrappers, printed in red and black, glassine, largely unopened, card slipcase. Condition: slight discoloration to backstrip, slipcase rubbed and scuffed. Limited edition of 1195 copies, this copy number 301, one of 1000 copies on "vergé de Rives B.F.K." numbered from 101 to 1100.
