Rookwood Decorated Mat vase by Elizabeth Lincoln from 1924. Nicely decorated with red dahlias and smaller blue and yellow blossoms on a background fading from blue to rust to orange. Marked with Rookwood logo, XXIV, the shape number 938C and the artist's mark. Mint. There is a single craze line that spirals down and around the body of the vase; it shape is probably due to this being a hand-thrown form. 9 7/8" tall by 5 3/4" wide.
