Sir Kyffin Williams KBE,RA (1918-2006) 'A farm at Trecastell, Anglsey', monochrome wash, signed with initials, 35cm x 49cm NOTE: Tegfryn Gallery, Menai Bridge, Anglesey, circa 1975 Porth Trecastell, on the west coast of Anglesey, was a favourite subject of Sir Kyffin's. This atmospheric spot is also known as Cable Bay reflecting the fact that it is where telegraph cables which span the Irish Sea and Atlantic Ocean came ashore.
