DESCRIPTION: Large English Staffordshire transferware meat platter featuring a central medallion of fruits and flowers surrounded by four large floral medallions within a foliate border. Reverse has impressed mark: "STUBBS AND KENT/LONGPORT" surrounding a central impressed floral medallion. MEASUREMENTS: 20-1/2" x 16-1/2". CONDITION: Light surface abrasions to front and reverse.
