19th C Mocha Footed Salt & Handled Mug

DESCRIPTION: Two pieces of mochaware. The first is a light yellow ground footed salt dish with applied white band and dendrite "ferns." Unmarked. The second is a straight-sided white mug with three incised bands above the ringed base and an applied handle with foliate termination. There is a 1 ½" mocha band running around the body of mug. MEASUREMENTS: Salt 2" high x 21-/2" in diameter. Mug 3" high x 3-1/2" in diameter. CONDITION: The mug has a one inch chip on the base that is not generally visible from the front. Overall wear to both.
