Stated Second Edition.First edition under this title, actually a reprint of Volume 1 of Holman's Voyage Around the World (1834). The author's advertisement states that this was meant to be the first of a four volume series. "It is necessary to observe that this Work is designed to extend to Four Volumes..." James Holman (1786–1857), known as the "Blind Traveler," was a British adventurer, author and social observer, best known for his writings on his extensive travels. According to ABPC there have been no copies of this title at auction in at least 30 years.
