With wonderful news accounts, on page 1, a message from John Quincy Adams, in regard to a treaty with Spain. Page 3 has news of the murder of Capt. Davis of Nashville, Tennessee, by three Seminole Indians. Page 2, with Congressional discussion of "Piracies and Kidnapping."
