Aiding the Civil War Sick and Wounded

1863, Broadside, "The Best Way to Aid the Sick and Wounded," Pittsburgh, PA, Choice Extremely Fine.
This 8.75" x 7.5" Broadside is signed in print by Thomas Bakewell, president of a local committee of Pittsburgh citizens, to support the sick and wounded of the Union army. Bakewell suggests that the committee provide support to the U.S. Sanitary Commission. Slightly toned sheet, normal folds, one edge split and a tear which has been repaired on verso.
