Paul Revere Style Colonial Lantern Modern Reproduction Paul Revere Style Tin Lantern, A Well-Made Modern Reproduction of a Colonial Era Lantern, Choice Extremely Fine. This simple yet ornate lantern, standing 16" tall and 5.5" in diameter, would have been used outdoors. The numerous small slits allow light to shine out while keeping most of the wind away from the flame. A hinged and latched door on the side allows a candle to be placed inside the lantern.
