Condition/Details: Bound in red cloth with bright gilt embossing, this antique volume is a scarce description of the plantation home of the first President of the United States. The work is illustrated with "numerous engravings, chiefly drawn from original drawings by the author, engraved by Lossing & Barritt". The volume shows light external age/wear, and is solidly bound with age-toned pages with gilt edges. The book measures approximately 6.75" x 8.5" and contains 376 pages.
