- Sunshine and Shadow in New York by Matthew Hale Smith - Dated 1869 by J.B. Hurr and Company - bound in maroon cloth with gilt, the spine cover shows loss at edges, hinges are cracked, textblock is intact
- Fifth Annual Report of the Bureau of Statistics of Labor of the State of New York for the Year 1887 by Charles F. Peck - Dated 1888 by The Troy Press Company, Printers - bound in brown cloth
- Transactions of The New York State Medical Association for the Year 1898, Volume XV by M.C. O'Brien, M.D. - Dated 1898 by The Association - bound in green cloth
- New York of To-Day by Henry Collins Brown - Dated 1917 by The Old Colony Press - bound in green leather with gilt, this book printed "Compliments of Parsons Trading Company" includes a folded "poster" of the lower Manhattan skyline from the Brooklyn Bridge south in 1876 and in 1917, measuring approx. 28"x14".
