Condition/Details: This large folio vintage state atlas is illustrated with color maps. Title page displays color illustration of Indians and a frontiersman under title banner. Areas covered by the maps include all 62 counties, as well as 66 cities and burroughs. There are 10 great general maps of the state. Maps are accompanied by explanatory text on reverse.The atlas shows some external age/wear, with soiling to rear endpaper, and is securely bound with bright pages. Final fifteen pages show minor loss to top outside edges that does not affect the text. The colors are vivid and the maps show beautifully. The atlas measures approximately 22.5" x 17" and contains 195 pages. This lot is part of a large collection of books and ephemera that we will be selling over the coming months, from the estate of Lewis E. Shuman, long-time collector from Rochester, New York. Shipping cost (within the U.S.) for this lot will be: $10.50
