Condition/Details: Bound in brown cloth with black lettering, this volume is a scarce collection of essays by renowned Indian philosophers dealing with many significant facets and problems in the field of philosophy of history. The front endpaper bears the following inscription by editor and contributor Grace E. Cairns, Professor Emeritus of Philosophy and Religion at Florida State University: "To Ned and/Marjorie Burtt,/embodiment of the/Wisdom and Compassion/so essential for the/dawn of a new Staya Yuga/(Golden Age) on this/earth/Grace Cairns".
