Inscription reads "To Our Good Friend Elsie Hillman Happy Healthy 1981 Art Rooney Pittsburgh Steelers Football Club Super Bowl Champions 1974 - 1975 - 1978 - 1979". Art Rooney was the founding owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers. CONDITION: Light wear to ends not affecting signature which is strong and bold.
