edited by Edward Moore, one of 105 copies on paper, printed in red and black in Subiaco type , double-column, wood-engraved frontispiece and 5 illustrations by W.H.Hooper after Charles M.Gere, large initials designed by Graily Hewitt, endpapers a little browned, original morocco-backed oak boards with metal clasps on plaited leather thongs, spine with seven raised bands, joints tooled in blind in Celtic chain design with gilt dots, uncut, spine very slightly faded, wormhole to upper board, preserved in modern cloth slip-case, [Hornby XXIV], folio, Ashendene Press, 1909.
