translated by Philip Vellacott, one of 1500 copies signed by the artist, plates by Michael Ayrton, prospectus and newsletter loosely inserted, bound in dark green goatskin, by James Brockman, covers with onlaid vertical vellum panels painted in purple, pink and yellow within narrow onlaid strips of black calf and with short horizontal gilt rules, spine lettered in gilt, pale yellow suede doublures, green paper endpapers, multicoloured headbands, g.e., small binder's label at head of front free endpaper dated 1989, preserved in fleece-lined black cloth drop-back box, black morocco label on spine, 4to, printed at the Curwen Press for Members of the Limited Editions Club, 1967.
