***Described on publication as the smallest book in the world , produced as a fund-raiser for the reconstruction of the Gutenberg Museum in Mainz. The prospectus emphasised the book's printing from metal (by a Dutch foundry) not photographic reduction but Spielmann contradicts this, "Type: photographic reduction to exceptionally small type, clearly readable with a very strong magnifying glass." .
