number 1 of 105 copies on paper, from an edition limited to 111, printed on Batchelor paper, in double column, the heading of each 'Gionata' are printed in blue capitals, those of the Novelle in red, the large initials of each Novella in blue, these were specially designed by Graily Hewitt, internally dusty, bookplate and typed description pasted to front end paper, original holland backed boards, with paper label to spine, joints, head and tail of spine very worn, corners rubbed, inner hinges cracked, [Hornby XXIX], folio, Ashendene Press, 1920.
