Rogerson (Ian) Agnes Miller Parker: Wood Engravings from The Fables of Esope [and] ...from XXI Welsh Gypsy Folk-Tales, 2 vol.in 3, each number III of XV specially-bound copies with an additional suite of plates, from editions limited to 200, wood-engraved plates on Japon, both bound by Alan Wood to designs by David Esslemont, the first in white and yellow goatskin and black calf with black sprinkling and gold tooling, the second blue, red and yellow goatskin and black calf with gold and blind tooling, grey suede doublures (the first with design extending over edge of front board onto doublure), uncut, additional suites of plates all numbered in pencil and loose as issued in wrappers, together in three uniform cloth fleece-lined drop-back boxes, folio, Newtown, Gregynog Press, 1996-97.(2)***Both items were published with black cloth boxes; the collector commissioned a uniform third box to hold the separate engravings of the first volume; in the second volume they are inset in the original box, as published..
