***Both periodicals are complete sets with title-pages and index or contents. The first contains the lives of various giants, dwarves, eccentrics and other notable characters including Daniel Lambert; Mr. Wombwell, and his menagerie; Mr. Simpson of Vauxhall Gardens; Philip Stone, the property man at Drury Lane; William Buckley, the Modern Robinson Crusoe; and Alexander Selkirk. The second contains twelve tales, all apparently original, mostly in the style of the Arabian Nights stories. .
