Tadeusz Kantor (Polish, 1915-1990). Abstract Composition I, oil on canvas, signed "M. Stangret," labeled on verso, 31 1/2 x 39 in., framed. Copy of notarized authentication from artist to be included with painting. Documentation indicates his wife, Maria Stangret, signed his painting for export out of Poland for political reasons.
