Ghent: E. Vanderhaeghen, 1888. Volume 4 only. Folio (345 x 260 mm). 48 color chromolithograph plates. Contemporary green morocco and marbeld boards, spine title gilt. Condition: two plates with faint spotting to upper margin; spine faded. Provenance: Lynn Abbott Trust. a volume from the rare first edition. Linden worked as an avid orchid hunter and importer, bringing more than 1,000 species into Belgium durimg his career.
