9" x 5.75," 47 pages, published by Baker & Godwin of New York. Missing the front cover, some chipping on the front end papers. Complimentary inscription by the author on the front free endpaper to "Dr. Bayliss." This memorial sermon was printed in May 1865 to both record the sermon and to add to the hundreds of other Lincoln-related eulogies and publications that swelled in number due to the huge demand at the time for all things Lincoln.
