Cranberry opalescent Open Heart Arches basket with handpainted floral decoration. This Fenton piece was "Today's Special Value" on a QVC show in 1994. The basket is signed by the artist ("Pam Hayhurst '94") on the exterior and is inscribed with the signatures of Bill Fenton and George Fenton. See p. 23 of the book "Fenton Glass: Especially for QVC."
