Manuscript L.S. as Secretary of Congress, 2pp. legal folio, Philadelphia, Nov. 9, 1785 to Georgia Gov. Samuel Elbert. Thomson forwards two complete copies of the official "Journal" of for 1784 for use by the state's executive and judicial branches.
