Unlisted Confederate Arkansas Broadside

Unrecorded Confederate broadside issued at the "Receiver's Office, Confederate States, Eastern Dist. or Ark." 1p. folio, Little Rock, November 23, 1861, sent to S.S. Kimball at Dardanville, Arkansas, and reads in part: "...The following form of a report under the sequestration act of Congress of the Confederate States, approved August 30th, 1861, is submitted for the information of those having to report under the 2d and 3d sections of said act to the Receiver. With attention to the report and the notes of the explanation appended to it, much inconvenience may be avoided by those having to report, while it will relieve the Receiver of writing letters to give the same information...." and provides two examples for the form. With manuscript instructions at bottom. Fine.
