UNIFORM RELICS FROM COLD HARBOR

Fine grouping of uniform relics from the battle of Cold Harbor, namely a 4" x 4" (irregular) section of Confederate butternut uniform in a relic case, with two 4" x 1" sections of blue Union uniform relics and small brass button, also contained with a relic case. These uniform remnants were recovered by a digger from a swampy area at Cold Harbor, Va. Where the Union army suffered a disastrous loss of 13,000 men in desperate charges, against Confederate losses of only about 2,000.
