Lightly toned with minor stains, edge split along center crease on front and back page. Very crisp, dark printing throughout. Featuring support for Governor Caleb Strong and his Lt. Governor William Phillips, who are running for re-election. The front page is dominated by a large, impressive woodcut of a ship, "The Massachusetts." Federalists and electors are urged to support the current administration. The paper also has local news and information, as well as plenty of advertisements and small woodcuts of sailing ships and their departure schedules. Fabulous political content.
