Ingraham, a close friend of Buffalo Bill's. 6.5" x 4.25", the novel is 314 pages plus splendid full color illustrations. The cover has been extraordinarily well preserved, clear and crisp; the back has some edge wear, but is also still quite legible. Early American will accept payment by check or credit card.
