Free form hand built from clay slabs, sculpture is glazed in a light green opaque finish, measures 24" H x 12" D x 18" L. One appendage fractured and reglued, dusty, no other major damage found. Arnie Zimmerman is known for his large scale vessels resembling totem poles and his works are displayed in the Brooklyn Museum, The Contemporary Museum, Honolulu, and the L.A. County Museum Of Art. In 2005 he was the awarded the Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Award. This is a very Rare piece from The Daniel Rhode Estate.
