An exact replica made around 1930 of a traditonal Detroit home, with lap wood siding, swing out glass and wood windows, wood shingled roof, extended porche with simulated brick columns carved out of wood with wood rails and sides, and turned wood columns. Measures 24" W x 46" D x 27" H.Purchased in 1982 at the Ann Arbor brusher antique show was a model for the 1st house in the 1st subdivision on 8 Mile Road in Detroit. Just an exceptional example right down to the wood foundation with windows with only slight losses. From the Estate of Jerry House in Metamora, MI.
