Modeled as a Scottish Highlander with head hinged to reveal lighter (early type), size is 9-1/2" H x 3" W (at base) x 2-1/4" D, has applied brass matchbook slot on base, engraved Scotland 1952 with names: Joanna and Emil. The original painted finish shows minor wear.
