Gemini 6 Launch & Recovery Covers
Lot of two different including a Dec. 15, 1965 launch cover with a NASA-KSC blue handstamped cachet and photo add-on cachet prepared by Harry Gordon plus a U.S.S. Wasp (Prime) recovery ship cover with a magenta handstamped cachet. This flight was cancelled due to the Agena target vehicle failing to achieve orbit. Both covers are mounted on an exhibition album page with descriptive text. A rare pair of covers.
