Console has two dials, amber window, black couplings and 3 small buttons under a hood. Metal label states: "Serial No. 3G13564. Volts 115. Amps 11. Cycles 60." [with:] Electric cautery kit. Black case lined in green velvet, black rubber heads, with numerous brass and black plastic attachments; missing 2 attachments.The Bovie units were used for removing tumors from soft tissue and cauterizing the surrounding area to prevent bleeding and infection.
