Fr. PA-115. This crisp, boldly printed note appears fully "CU" as we seen no sign of wear or any circulation whatsoever. "Printed by B. Franklin" is printed sharp and bold, the serial number and signature are bold and vivid, written on clean, fresh crisp paper. There is some light original press text embossing still retained within the paper. An impressive and lovely example of this popular "Printed by B. Franklin" issue.
